| Quality Control is a fundamental process at Ganage Group. It is maintained under all circumstances and steps are taken to ensure that benchmarked quality standards are adhered to.
The Quality Control Process can be put in a nutshell as follows:
Each modification in existing supplies and New development are processed through APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
* PPAP - Product Part Approval Process
- Guage calibration and GRR (Guage Repeatability and Reproducability) study is carried out for all inspection measuring and test equipment.
- Process FMEAs are carried out for all process and parts.
- Critical Characterstic are monitored throug SPC (Stastical Process Control)
- Receipt Inspection, In-process Inspection and final Inspection is carried out in line with control plan.
- For all Supplies periodical evaluation is carried out for upgrading the suppliers.
- Product Quality is assured throughout.
